Never replied. I don't like to put ratings on feelings, but if I had to put 3 names I'd say : Q-Base 09, Nightmare Outdoor 09, Sandy Warez B-Day 2010. Saying that one was better than another would be wrong. Those three had line-ups with djs I love during all night long, with choices to make because there was nice names in several areas at the same time (maybe not at NO).

I wa snot tiard after 10 hours like i was at 2007 edition and they had the perfect night in bunker 4 with enzyme reords and the hanger area had good hardstyle going down peoplestill spinning 2006 stuff.

haven't been to many, tho Summer Angel 2009 for me was just awesome

another one of my most memorable events was Godskitchen 2006 in Dublin, my first big event really, Scott Project that night blew the roof off

cant think of any club nights tbh...i'm always way too drunk to remember

for events in holland i would probably have to go with the following

1. Defqon 2005 - my 4th event in holland and just blew me and my mates away. the sun, the music, the whole atmosphere and mother fucking Donkey Rollers Live

2. Qrimetime 04/05 - my 2nd event in holland. probably the best indoor line up ive been to. the music was spot on all night (being early hs ) and lazer etc sent my eyes in 12 diff directions,haha

3. Q-Base 2004 - my 1st ever event out of england. was a complete mission of a weekend havin not got a fuckin clue how to get from A'dam to weeze, but got there eventually, taken on buses called greta green and timbuktoo at the event, the setting was just awesome, music and line up brilliant and just opened my eyes completely and gave me a whole new meaning to clubbin.

not looked back since and come sept i will have been 25 events in 6 yrs

i no, good going aint it. just shows my love for the music i guess and the fact that they piss all over big uk events.

dam to weeze was a right mission, 3 trains to the border, then met this dutch lad who had a taxi booked, and managed to blag us on the taxi to the event. afterwards we walked about 2 mile out of the event and found a dutch tai to take us back to boxmeer, then 3 trains back to dam, in all we spent more time travellin to and from the event than we did inside it. but it kinda made the weekend really, but never again. we went q-base last yr and got a flight to weeze and stayed in hotel for 3 days

I agree getting to see that amount of two countries is something special. never been to any parties in england but an interesting discussion off an irish trance/house/techno forum I remember reading a few years ago. a trance member arguing global gathering is better than the over-hyped "shows" in holland & people who just go to holland cant judge how good the big festivals in england are because they have never been. the hardcore/hardstyle member replied, "I never have to go to england to judge because holland has everything I want". which I thought was a nice observation.

IMHO English parties have the best party atmosphere ever. The nicest and friendliest people who party like it was their last party ever, from the beginning of the evening till the morning or even afternoon. I have done hard parties all around Europe but nothing beats England.

i do agree that english ppl always party hard, they do in south wales to, not been to scot or ireland though, but in general i think the uk crowd are the craziest by far

it was an irish hardstyle/hardcore member who was one of the first people to go to parties in holland.

clubs & festivals here are crap. not a high enough demand so we get people like lisa lashes, alex kidd every couple of months plus when our councils are govern by middle aged born again christians all night life closes at 1:30/2AM. only clubs in belfast can get licences to 4/5AM.

I think when I discovered holland & more alternative music I realised reading magazines like mixmag, thinks like ibiza, some house, trance & techno djs, the clientele are quite pretentious & snobby. This is only my personal experience so please don’t flame me. I’m not stating any facts. But I still do go to house & trance clubs here just to get out once in a while. going to see steve angello & laid back luke on easter Monday. Prefer house crowds to trance crowds in this country.

Summer Angel... Only part and it was utter craziness on the camping 24/7 pretty much.. Woke up to Matt Restless - Wake Up call one morning and some Rude Awakening the other day.. Tent trashing on the sunday as well



It also included awesome music!

masters of hardcore 15 years.only my second rave in holland.this is when i realised how good the raves in holland are this night blew me away, sound quality,dystopia,the stage setup in the main arena,i liked everything about this night.
